...after a few meetings I found that I could control my feelings and by the end, it came naturally. I haven't seen Sarah now for a month, and my butterflies...what butterflies! And to Sarah. A very very big thank you. - suffered with stress and anxiety for 17 years
...at 58 I am happy and enjoy life, and see it as it is, good, but with it’s ups and downs like it should be. My glass is half-full, I know what makes me tick and how to deal with my thoughts. I can’t change the past, but it doesn’t matter anymore. I live for the moment and look forward to the future. - binge eating, weight loss, childhood issues
...I can’t quite believe how much happier and lighter I feel now and it’s all thanks to Sarah for helping me to see what pressure I was always putting on myself. For anyone having thoughts or doubts about asking for help I say go for it you will only get good things back from Sarah. - IBS, severe anxiety, panic attacks
...I was struggling with the traumatic loss of a horse almost a year ago, which then led to me developing an obsession that prevented me enjoying my time with my current horse. Following therapy and a session of BWRT with Sarah, I can happily say that I feel much more like myself again. I now find myself enjoying my hobby...
client who lost his dog,
I recently lost my dog, who was very close to me. After he passed, I couldn’t collect myself to go to work, I didn’t even want to get out of bed due to the sadness. After one BWRT session that sharp sadness turned into such a controllable emotion, I can now remember my dog for how amazing he was rather than being sad about his death.
